This Policy determines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data received by Hovercraft LLC when using the hovercraft.ru website, its subdomains and feedback forms.
1. General provisions

4. Processing procedure and terms
4.1. Processing can be carried out in an automated or non-automated manner and includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, provision in cases provided for by law, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.
4.2. These feedback forms are processed until the purpose of the request is achieved, and then can be stored for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements, confirm interaction and protect the rights of the Operator. At the end of the relevant period, the data is deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law.
4.3. The operator has the right to entrust processing to persons providing hosting, postal communications and technical maintenance of the site to the extent necessary for the provision of services, subject to their compliance with confidentiality and data protection requirements.
4.4. Transfer of data to government agencies is permitted only on the grounds and in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.5. When collecting personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation, the Operator ensures compliance with the requirements for database localization established by Part 5 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
6. User rights
The User has the right to receive information about the processing of his data, demand clarification, blocking or destruction of it if there are grounds provided for by law, withdraw consent, and also appeal the actions of the Operator to Roskomnadzor or to court.
To revoke consent or exercise other rights, you must send an application to the contact e-mail indicated on the website or to the Operator’s postal address. The appeal should include information allowing the identification of the applicant and the corresponding interaction with the Operator.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its receipt. The operator may continue processing without consent if there are grounds provided for by law.
